GAS has an open arms policy fostering unity and collaboration amongst all physicians. In order for one to become a recognized member of GAS, one has to pick up a form (See attached), completely fill it and fulfil all financial obligations to the society. Per the constitution, GAS has two categories of members;
1. Member- Any physician with any nationally/internationally recognized certification in Anaesthesia. The minimum qualification is a Diploma in Anaesthesia (DA). Dues however differ from Diploma holders to Senior Specialists.
2. Associate Member- Any physician with a love for the practice of anaesthesia. These include but not limited to Residents in Anaesthesia, Medical Officers and House Officers in the various departments of Anaesthesia
